William Lehman MS, LAC, NCC
William Lehman is a compassionate and skilled therapist specializing in helping individuals and couples heal from trauma and navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience and clarity. With advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), he integrates evidence-based practices with a collaborative, client-centered approach to support lasting change at Lifeologie Counseling Chandler.
He has experience working with adolescents, teenagers, adults, and couples facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, relationship difficulties, and emotional regulation. Drawing on EMDR and CBT, along with elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychoeducation, and when appropriate, spiritual integration, William tailors each session to meet the unique needs and values of his clients. His therapeutic style is warm, structured, and goal-oriented—balancing deep emotional insight with practical strategies for growth.
William earned his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University and his Bachelor’s in Psychology from Arizona State University. He is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC).

Isabella Rodriguez MS, LAC
With an innate ability to establish a genuine connection with others, Isabella’s calling is to help others heal and embrace their authenticity. As a Latina, she also understands the importance and role culture plays in our lives and its influence on our behaviors and how we develop, incorporate, or shift our views and values as we go through life’s experiences in the greater context of interacting with others and the world.
Coupled with a passion for holistic and integrative health, Isabella takes a whole person–mind, body, and spirit–approach that is personalized and focused on helping you do the fundamental work to achieve your goals. Her training and use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), art therapy, and mindfulness techniques allow her to tailor the most appropriate methods to help you unlock self-defeating patterns and unconscious beliefs to achieve happiness.
Whether it’s healing from past or recent trauma, overcoming adversity, thriving after a major life transition, or simply taking steps to become a better you, Isabella educates and empowers you in ways that are non-judgmental, culturally aware, and affirming to allow you the space to grow and develop the skills and confidence for positive change.
Isabella holds a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Grand Canyon University. She is currently a licensed associate counselor in Arizona. She works primarily with clients 13 years of age and older and has experience working with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relationship issues. She is a staunch advocate for mental health care and accessibility in minority communities and is LGBTQ+ affirming.

As a native of the Valley of the Sun, Eric has deep personal and professional ties to the community and is committed to supporting those who call Phoenix home.
Eric creates a relaxed and welcoming first session where clients can share what’s on their minds and explore their goals for therapy. His approach is client-centered, compassionate, and non-judgmental, ensuring that each person feels truly heard and supported.
